(.3302 acres) <br />Application:The applicants appeared at the May 26th City Council meeting and <br />indicated that they wanted to reconsider the proposed location of <br />a garage to replace the garage that was destroyed by fire. The City <br />Council directed the applicant to reschedule consideration of their <br />variance after they made a decision about reconstruction. <br />The applicants have contacted staff and have requested variances for <br />hardcover and side yard setback to rebuild a garage in the same <br />location and same size as the previous garage. <br />Staff has renotified the neighborhood about the Council's consideration <br />of the variance and drafted the variance to reflect the applicant's <br />request. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To amend or approve the enclosed resolution. <br />I <br />* !
