Gaflfron <br />Senior Planning Coordinator <br />City of Orono <br />2750 Kelley Parkway <br />Orono, MN 55402 <br />Dear Mr. Gaffron; <br />I enclose the following: <br />A new Annual Joint Use Dock License Application. <br />A Dock Plan showing location on property. <br />A Layout Plan showing size of docks etc. <br />A statement showing the names of association officers and the total number of <br />members. <br />Certified copies of the articles of incorporation and by-laws of the corporation <br />Members of this association currently enjoy docking rights on Outlot A, Navarre Cove, <br />which is owned by Navarre Cove Homeowners Association. The members of that <br />association comprise the 4 members of Kelly Cove Homeowners association and Mr. <br />Bradley A. Hoyt the owner of Lot 3, Block 1, Navarre Cove. <br />The members of Navarre Cove Homeowners Association are negotiating to convey Outlot <br />A, Nava»'re Cove to Mr. Bradley A. Hoyt, dissolve Navarre Cove Homeowners <br />Association and transfer 4 docks from Outlot A, Navarre Cove to Outlot A, Kelly Cove. <br />I shall be grateful therefor if a Joint Use Dock License can be granted to this association <br />subject to the members of Navarre Cove Homeowners Association completing the <br />negotiations referred to in the previous paragraph. <br />Please call me with any questions. <br />Yours sincerely. <br />Austin H.
