Gaffron, Senior Planning Coordinator <br />Date:November 6,1997 <br />Subject: Fence at 2570 Thoroughbred Lane <br />Attached is a letter from Steve FUips of 2570 Thoroughbred Lane regarding the fence which recently <br />was constructed. Also attached are my letters of October 22 and 31. <br />I met with Mr. FiUps on October 27 and advised him that a variance is unlikely, given that the fence <br />was brought to staffs attention by the Council. However, I also advised that he could discuss this <br />with the Council under Public Comments at the November 10 meeting. His November 4th letter <br />suggests a temporary variance, for which he could potentially apply for review by Planning <br />Commission in January. I indicated the fence can remain as-is for the moment pending further <br />Council direction on November 10.
