Lot 3, the existing <br />building site would continue to meet all building setback requirements. Lots 1 and 2 will not <br />require variances to build residences. <br />The side lot line dividing Lots 2 and 3 has been modified to meet the required 20' septic site <br />setback for the alternate septic site location on Lot 3. <br />Access: <br />Access to Lots 1 and 2 will be provided by Golden View Drive. Access to Lot 3 will continue to <br />be provided from Golden View Drive. <br />Septic: <br />The septic inspector has reviewed septic tests for each of the three proposed lots eind does not see <br />any problems. His findings are included as Attachment F.
