Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, Minn 55323 <br />Dear Ms. Van Zomeren, <br />BEceweo <br />C\l'< O'* <br />;ORONO <br />As per our discussion last week over the phone, I’d like to confirm with <br />this letter the withdrawal of our proposal to occupy the Bay Furniture Building <br />located at 3850 Shoreline Drive. <br />The apparent time delay from our original proposal, plus the probable <br />restrictions that are being discussed caused us to make other plans for the <br />future. <br />We're truly sorry the City feels that a business such as ours occupying the <br />Bay Furniture building should be so highly regulated, particularly when one <br />reviews the other businesses within a three block area in either direction. We <br />really felt we were offering an excellent use for that building, that would have <br />done nothing but enhance the building and the area. <br />I also want to thank you for your assistance with this proposal..
