Gaffron explained that it is needed for righwf^way to a » ^ <br />intersection. Approximately 50' of right-of-way is being requested. Dedication for rig y <br />along North Arm Drive is also being requested. <br />Janiece Haglund expressed concern about screening auhe comer <br />if the City makes road improvements at the comer.
