Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />#1064 CITY OF ORONO <br />SPATES AVENUE - LIFT STATION <br />CONDITIONAL USB PERMIT <br />City Administrator Bernhardson reviewed the in'*: <br />regarding the requirement for conditional unc perruf- <br />for lift stations, an ordinance that has been cn ’>• <br />books since at least 1968, however the City has nevr-r <br />previously filed a formal condtional use perr.it <br />application for construction of a lift station.
