r <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 166,2ND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 1998 FEE SCHEDULE <br />The City Council of Orono ordains: <br />Ordinance No. 166, 2nd Series adopted December 8, 1997, and entitled "An Ordinance <br />Adopting the 1998 Fee Schedule" is amended to read: <br />Application Type Efie <br />1, <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />Land Alteration: <br />Grading, Filling, etc, (over +69 500 cubic yards) $250.00 + permit <br />GRADING, EXCAVATION, FILLING fLAND ALTERATION! <br />- 1 -+66 500 cubic yards (max. 10 loads) <br />- +6+501 cubic yards <br />S 50.00 (staff permit) + engineering fees if <br />required <br />($100.00 if engineering fee necessary) <br />$ 75.00 + Conditional Use Permit + <br />$ 25.00 per each inspection over 1st <br />NOTE: +6+ 501 cubic yards or more requires a Conditional use Permit unless approved as part of building permit. <br />This ordinance becomes effective after its passage and publication. <br />Passed by the Council I’lis 12th day of January, 1998. <br />t. <br />ATTEST:Gabriel Jabbour, Mayor <br />Dorothy M.
