r <br />Subd. 16. Liability. In addition to any criminal liability, the person violating any <br />provision of this Chapter shall be responsible for all costs incurred by the City, and <br />fire department, and any adjoining property owners, as a result of the bum, including, <br />but not limited to, fire suppression costs, property damage, personal injury and <br />administrative fees. <br />Section 3. Adoption and Publication.
