Lot 2 is a lakeshore <br />lot contiguous to Dickey Lake, a natural environment lake. Lot 2 meets the <br />required 200' width at the OHWL, 985.5' elevation, of Dickey Lake. <br />Access to Lot 2 shall be provided by Outlot A, a private driveway outlot instead <br />of the road extension of Outlot B through Shadowood. <br />Lot 1 shall continue to have access provided by the existing loop driveway. <br />The existing trees and vegetation 50' on either side of the proposed lot line meet <br />the screening requirements of the subdivision ordinances. <br />8. A primary and secondary septic area have been located for Lot 2. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon either one or more <br />of the findings noted above, the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves the <br />preliminary plat application for Theodore F. Wolf and Myma T. Wolf for the property located <br />at 900 Willow Drive North per the survey dated December 23, 1996, by Marie S. Gronberg of <br />Coffin and Gronberg, Inc. attached as Exhibit A, subject to the following conditions: <br />1.Prior to new construction, future owners shall be responsible for staking and <br />protecting the primary and alternate septic sites. <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Planner/Zoning <br />Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting on the second and <br />fourth Mondays of each month. <br />1.Record plat drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and one (1) copy <br />reduced to 1" = 200'. Drawing to include: <br />A. Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Mark S. Gronberg dated <br />December 23, 1996. <br />B. Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' wide along all <br />perimeter property lines, except the shoreline of Dickey Lake, and 5' each <br />side of internal property lines. <br />Page 2 of 5
