A title opinion addressed to the City has been signed by the property <br />owners. <br />2.A legal description of the drainage (wetland) easement has been <br />provided (Exhibit A). <br />Fees: <br />1. The $200.00 legal review and filing fee has been paid. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />Minnesota hereby approves the final plat application for Theodore F. Wolf and Myma T. Wolf <br />for Wolfs Run subdivision located at 900 Willow Drive North per the survey dated December <br />11, 1996 as revised on December 8, 1997 by Mark S. Gronberg of Coffin and Gronberg <br />attached as Exhibit B, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. <br />2. <br />A park dedication fee of $7,600.00 (8%) must be paid prior to final subdivision <br />approval. <br />The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin <br />County Recorder's office or Registrar of Title's office on or before January 12, <br />1999 together with a certified original copy of mis resolution and executed copies <br />of the easements noted. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if tlie plat has not been filed <br />by the date specified above.
