Council directed staff <br />to draft a resolution for preliminary plat approval, incorporating appropriate findings and conditions. <br />A resolution for preliminary plat approval is attached for Council review and adoption. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Adopt or amend the attached resolution for preliminary plat approval.
