Render <br />9331 Yukon Avenue South <br />Bloomington, MN 55438 <br />I <br />RE: MCWD Permit Application No. 98-51 <br />Dear Mr. Render: <br />The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District Board of Managers rev iewed the above <br />mentioned permit application at their Board meeting on May 28, 1998. It was the action <br />of the Board to move that your project did not require a permit from the MCWD. <br />The District’s Rule B requires water quality treatment for stormwater runoff. However <br />the following exemption from the rule is provided: <br />“Residential developments where the total site area is less than nvo acres and contains <br />four or fewer living units, and where the total off-site area contributing runoff to the site <br />improvements is less than one acre, do not require a permit under this rule.
