Peterson explained to the Planning Connission that he <br />had purdiased tJiis property about 1 year ago. He mder- <br />stood there uere misunderstandings, but felt that the <br />problems had been solved. The Peterson's purchased this <br />property in good faith. <br />I’csck iroved, Van ii'est seconded, to approve this variance <br />l.ecause it is after the fact and the pool has been there <br />for tl'.c past three years. Pesek felt that this was not a <br />violation by tire Peterson's who purchased the property only <br />one year ago.
