(.60 acres) <br />Application: The applicant is requesting multiple variances to allow a deck, pool and shed to <br />remain after being replaced following storm damage in July 1997. The deck and pool require an <br />average lakeshore setback variance, a hardcover variance and oversized accessory setback <br />variance from the side yard. The shed requires a side yard setback variance. The deck, pool and <br />shed also require a structural lot coverage variance, <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Planning Commission voted 5-0 to approve the variances requested as proposed, subject to <br />no future hardcover additions/improvements other than a stairway to the lake that meets the zoning <br />code requirements. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To amend or adopt the enclosed resolution. <br />Attachments
