Expand the existing Church parking lot and provide a trail from the parking lot to the <br />park area at a location that minimizes the impact on the Church property. <br />1) Advantages. <br />a) Enables the construction of a trail into the park vs. a public roadway. <br />b) Does not require a parking lot to be constructed on the park property. <br />2) Disadvantages. <br />a) The parking lot would be a significant distance from the park <br />facilities. <br />b) An expanded parking lot on the Church property would have a <br />significant impact on the Church property. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to provide direction regarding park access options to be further pursued. <br />SAGAPAMC <br />>2J
