The applicant <br />requested a lot area variance, side yard adjacent to sUreet variance, average <br />lakeshore setback variance, and hardcover variance of 3.8% in the '75 to <br />'250 setback. <br />The City Council reviewed the application and recommended approval of <br />the lot area variance and average lakeshore setback variance and denied the <br />hardcover variance and the side yard adjacent to street variance.
