Public Services. All other existing farm road accesses shall be eliminated upon <br />construction of the new driveway accesses. <br />4. The subdivider must obtain Minnehaha Creek Watershed District approval for the <br />proposed stormwater management plan prior to final plat approval. Subdivider <br />shall grant drainage easements over all drainageways, buffer areas or stormwater <br />ponds that may be required within the plat, as well as establishing covenants <br />for the protection of such areas. <br />5. All identified primary and alternate sewage system drainfield sites within the <br />subdivision shall be fenced off prior to any land alterations, and such fencing <br />shall remain in place until such time that each Lot is developed. <br />7. Subdivider shall develop covenants for each lot for protection of drainfield sites <br />within each Lot. Covenants shall include protective language for alternate septic <br />sites along with site plans locating both primary and alternate sites. <br />8. Owner of Lot 1 shall be responsible for installing a new conforming septic <br />system to serve existing residence on Lot 1 within the time frame established by <br />City Ordinance. <br />9. Subdivider shall grant a Conservation and Flowage Easement over the wetlands <br />occurring in Lot 1. <br />10. Subdivider shall develop a covenant for protection of the non-City protected <br />wetland in Lot 1, Block 2. <br />11. Payment of standard Park Dedication Fee per City ordinance. <br />12. Subdivider is hereby advised that preliminary subdivision approval will expire <br />one year from the date of Council preliminary plat approval. Should the <br />subdivider fail to complete the filing of the final plat application within the year <br />deadline, it shall be necessary for the subdivider to file a new preliminary <br />subdivision application with the City. <br />Page 4 of?
