A number <br />of issues (grading, drainage, berm height) must be resolved prior to adoption of a preliminary plat <br />approval resolution. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Review the proposal and give applicant and staff conceptual direction regarding: <br />1. Approval of noted variances. <br />2. Approval of duplex CUP. <br />3 . Approval of berm CUP, subj ect to further review. <br />Conceptual approval, if granted, should direct that applicant resolve issues regarding drainage, <br />grading and berm height, and direct staff to bring back a resolution for preliminary plat approval <br />once those issues are suitably resolved.
