City Engineer to review preliminary grading and drainage plan prior to Council review. <br />2. Applicant shall construct a 24' paved width road within Outlot A and grant easements to all <br />property owners who will make use of that road. <br />3.Applicant shall be responsible for making whatever changes are necessary to the grades <br />adjacent to North Shore Drive to improve sight distance. <br />The duplex lot shall not have riparian access, and the City shall require the filing of <br />covenants in the chain of title of Lot 2, to document that Lot 2 shall have no access to the <br />lake. <br />Subject to the standard park dedication fee.
