The company needs <br />to find areas to store and relocate the fill from the road construction project. Several property <br />owners in the area have indicated that they want to either have a berm constructed or existing <br />berms enlarged. The Zoning Code requires that land alteration requires a conditional use permit. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br />To approve the conditional use permit for all four locations, subject to the conditions noted in the <br />staff report for the City of Orono's lot. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Tc amend or approve the four separate resolutions for each property. <br />Attachments <br />7-94
