One work session was to be a meeting with the <br />owners of properties/businesses along Highway 12 to review the preliminary design of the upgrade <br />of Highway 12 as it relates to access to the Highway 12 properties, and to review the City's general <br />concept plan for land use along Highway 12. <br />Another work session was to continue to move forward in relation to the update of the City's <br />Comprehensive Plan. An issue that was raised at the initial Comprehensive Plan work session, but <br />needs further clarification and discussion, is the Council's vision regarding, the <br />development/redevelopment of lakeshore properties. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />A.
