ISSUES <br />The survey does not precisely indicate where the wall will be located, its overall height, or total <br />amount of hardcover. Grading within 5' of the property line requires a conditional use permit. If <br />the wall is located on the County right-of-way or if the wall needs to be constructed from the <br />County Rd. 15 side, Hennepin County must review and approve it. The applicant has been in <br />commumcation with the County. The Zoning Code is clear in its purpose and intent in dissuading <br />vegetative cover and tree removal in the .shoreland setback.
