Otten appeared in connection with the amendment to <br />industrial zone moratorium. His property is located at the intersection of County Roads 6 and 12 <br />and he would like to be able to have the use of the property before it is condemned. <br />No one attended the March 23,1998 Council meeting. <br />(#15) OTHER ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION <br />Smith asked the status of tree preservation and home occupation. Van Zomeren said the home <br />occupation review will be brought before the Commission at a future date. Smith said she would <br />rather have a separate work meeting scheduled. <br />Berg informed members that the park dedication fee was approved. Gaffron explained the park <br />dedication fee cap of $2,900 minimum to a maximum of $4,900 which applies to everybody <br />regardless of the value of their lots. In connection with commercial subdivisions, a relationship was <br />established regarding commercial activity and the use of parks as employees would use trails or <br />parks. <br />(#16) PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR MARCH 16,1998. <br />Schroeder moved, Lindquist seconded, to approve the Minutes of the Planning Commission Meeting <br />of March 16, 1998.
