It is unlawful for any business operating as a home occupation to engage in operation without <br />proper licenses. <br />2. All persons engaged in the business must reside in the dwelling. <br />3. No commercial signs permitted other than signs permitted in the residential zone. <br />4. No excessive stock in trade may be stored on the premises. <br />5. Over the counter retail sales is not allowed. <br />6.
