r <br />Date:April 17, 1998 <br />To:Lin Vee, City Clerk <br />From:Gary Cheswick, Chief of Police <br />Subject:Special Event Permit <br />I have reviewed the appUcation from Gear West Ski and Bike to hold their annual <br />Run, Bike, Run event on Sunday, June 7, 1998. <br />I have no objection to the issuance of this permit providing the following conditions <br />are met: <br />• Organizers must provide traffic control. <br />• Flow of traffic cannot be impeded by volunteers. <br />• If police reserve officers are needed, arrangements must be made, and a fee <br />of $50 will be imposed. <br />.1
