Erosion control measures to be in place prior to beginning excavation, and remaining in <br />place until the site has been revegetated. <br />3.Applicant to obtain the required land alteration permit prior to beginning construction. <br />4. Applicant to provide the information requested by City Engineer prior to this item being <br />presented for Council action. <br />5.
