The site is located east of C.R. 19, west of North Arm Drive and north of West Branch <br />Road in the south half of Section 6. We have the following comments in regards to engineering <br />matters. <br />• We recommend that the ponds be graded to include a 10:1 aquatic bench at the normal water <br />level. The bench should be at least 10 feet in width to provide a vegetated safety buffer. <br />Emergency overflow elevations should be verified and their locations shown on the plan set. <br />Rip rap or some other type of erosion control measures should be provided at the overflows. <br />• Inverts for the existing 12 inch pipe under North Arm Drive should be included on the plans. <br />• It is assumed that all excavated material will be used as fill on site.
