After thiee months, <br />properly owners of moderate income will have the opportunity to apply for funding. After <br />another three months, any property owner of low or moderate income from within <br />the designated Navarre area may apply for remaining funding. When the amount of MHFA <br />assistance aw arded is detemiined, the eligible homeowners will be notified of this additional <br />assistance available. This process would be repeated for 1999. The goal is to have all <br />targeted prope.-tie.'-, rehabilitated or have construction underway by June 30, 2000.
