She does nrtt feel she should have been placed in this position. Jabbour acknowledged her concern but said the City would like her input. Problems with delaying any action were noted it the application was denied. Jabbour asked Silus for permission to table the application in order to allow the applicant and neighbors to meet to resolve the issues. Silus gave his consent. Jabbour said Staff would be willing to review the options with the Spilseths. Bairett indicated that since Silus has given his oral agreement to tabling the application, the City can prepare a letter for Silus ’ signature indicating tliis agreement.
