17. Rntire Agreement, <br />This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the <br />subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between the <br />parties with respect thereto. No representations, warranties, undertakings or promises, <br />whether oral, implied, written or otherwise have been made by either party hereto to the other <br />unless expressly stated in th’’’ Agreement, or as mutually agreed to in writing between the <br />parties hereto after the date of this Agreement, and neither party has relied upon any verbal <br />representations, agreements, or understandings not expressly set forth herein. <br />18. Choice of Law, <br />This Agreement is entered into, and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with, the <br />laws of the State of Minnesota. <br />19. Prior AporovaL <br />This Agreement is contingent upon approval and execution by the Board of Commissioners <br />of the Licensee and of the City Council of Licensor. <br />20.
