We reviewed the above plat and make the following comments: <br />The developer should dedicate an additional 7 feet of road right of way, for a total of 40 feet frorn <br />centerline. This dedication will accommodate future utilities, snow storage, ditch maintenance, etc. <br />Access via a street entrance at outlet ‘A’ is acceptable. All existing driveways must be removed and no <br />other access will be permitted. <br />T development and landscaping <br />appropriate permit forms. <br />• The developer must restore all areas, within the county right of way, disturbed during construction. <br />Please direct any response to Dave Zetterstrom at 930-2548. <br />As a matter of procedure, we request that the City Clerk inform us of the City Council's action on the right <br />of way and access provisions. <br />Sincerely, <br />Thomas D.
