The property was originally platted by <br />Livingston A. Lydiard in 1907, and the property is a combination of parts of Lots 13, 14 and 15, <br />"Lydiard's Park". The existing house was built in approximately 1956, and the property has existed <br />as a single tax parcel apparently since the house was constructed. <br />The entire lot has generally been maintained as lawn area. The easterly 1/3 of the property is <br />relatively low, and applicant ’s surveyor will have to confirm whether a portion of the property is
