r <br />The southeast, eastern, and northern periphery of the basin were not wetland <br />historically. Incremental filling has increased the extent of ponding in these areas. <br />The wetland’s center also holds standing water for longer periods of time during the <br />growing season than it did historically. <br />LIMITATIONS OF WETLAND ASSESSMENT <br />My opinions, conclusions and recommendations were based in part on information I <br />obtained and evaluated from current sources including state and federal agencies, <br />verification of the authenticity or accuracy of this information is not warranted and is not <br />included In the scope of my services.
