With Lots 55 and 56 only, the property <br />containing the existing residence at 4196 North Shore Drive is substandard <br />in area. <br />You have also indicated an intent to create a second building site*on <br />the remaining lots, to the rear of the pond. <br />Your procedural options appear to be as follovsi <br />A) Convey Lot 57 to the Olsons. Apply for a lot area variance for <br />the remaining lots 58 through 61. You will have to provide a 2' <br />contour topographical survey of the property in order for the City <br />Engineer to verify the extent of th designated wetland on the <br />property if you wish to apply for the lot area variance; <br />B) Convey Parcels 57 through 61 to the Olsons for combination with <br />their Lots 55 and 56, to create one large lot with the existing house: <br />• CtLOINCa ZONtNC - 4TJ 7M7 <br />ASSESSING
