c. <br />D. <br />E. <br />F. <br />V.g.,a.io„ maintenance, trimming or removal within the ’Proteetea <br />Area’ shall be subject to the following. <br />1) No tree of diameter 6" or greater shall be removed except by <br />Specific approval of Grantee. <br />2) Trimming or lopping of trees ‘rimrrting of^^ sto" <br />^ be allowed without requiring approval of Grantee. <br />Natural vegetative groundcover shall be maintained to m.nimize erosion of <br />the Sleep slopes within the 'Protected Area. <br />There shall be no change of the topography of the Land without the written <br />consent of Grantee. <br />There shall be no fences, play <br />temporary or permanent structures placed on the Land. <br />Exeept for the improvements provided for in (A) above, no hardcover shall <br />be allowed within 75 feet of the shoreline. <br />Except as herein provided,and no <br />r’^l^l'dToTh^ge natural visual characteristics shall be made <br />of the Land.. <br />iho I ^nd for the purposes of inspection and H.
