Please recall that applicant was advised by <br />Council m January to make a formal application for this minor amount of grading at the shoreline. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />Planning Commission reviewed this request on February 17 and on a vote of 5-0 recommended <br />approval based on no anticipated visual or environmental impacts, and subject to the joint owners, <br />they agree to the project (such confirmation has been <br />provided Exhibit C).
