The mailings included site and elevation plans as well as a general <br />description of the proposed development. Two of the seven mailings were returned because the <br />land owners were no longer at the addresses supplied by Hennepin County. <br />We called each property owner and heard several comments. The comments included, Navarre <br />needs a restaurant to have breakfast at, will the stormwater pond be improved upon along Olive <br />Avenue and no questions regarding the plans for the proposed development. Of the five who <br />received the mailing, only one has not returned our calls. <br />Please contact me with any questions regarding the above.
