r <br />2. There are no existing easements affecting the property, <br />Fees: <br />1. The $200.00 filing fee has been paid. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono. <br />Minnesota hereby approves the final plat application for Mike Hilbelink for Hallson Estates <br />Second Addition subdivision located at 120 Golden View Drive per the survey dated December <br />16, 1997 by Mark S. Gronberg of Coffin and Gronberg attached as Exhibit A, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1.A park dedication fee of $8,960 (8%) must be paid prior to filing of the <br />final plat. <br />2.The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin <br />County Recorder’s office or Registrar of Titles office on or before February 23, <br />1999 together with a certified original copy of this resolution and executed copies <br />of the easements noted. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the plat has noi been filed <br />by the date specified above. In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with <br />the City of Orono for subdivision review. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular <br />meeting held on the 23rd day of February, 1998. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
