Each of the individuals executing this Lease on behalf of the Tenant or the Landlord represents to the other party that such individual is authorized to do so by requisite action of the party to this Lease. Binding Effect. This Lease shall run with the Leased Premises. This Lease shall extend to and bind the heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns of the parties hereto. Complete Lease: Amendments. This Lease constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the parties and supersedes all offers, negotiations, and other agreements of any kind. There are no representations or understandings of any kind not set forth herein. Any modification of or amendment to this Lease must be in writing and executed by both parties. Governing Law. This Lease shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. 26. Limitation of Liability.
