Two pasture areas are proposed. Pasture #1 is 1.14 <br />acres and Pasture 02 is .67 acre, yielding 1.81 acres total. A conditional use permit is required <br />for the keeping of a horse. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Planning Commission recommended by a 4 to 0 vote to: <br />1.Approve a conditional use permit for the seasonal keeping of one horse <br />on the subject property, utilizing both pastures as proposed. <br />2.Best management practices suggested by University of Minnesota extension <br />educator Jeremy Geske should be followed by the applicant.
