I am writing to summarize the <br />discussion. <br />As you know, we have been working together on this project <br />since the summer of 1989. I devoted a great amount of my time <br />and financial resources to the project to make it the best it can <br />be and befitting the City of Orono. Together, we carried this <br />through a number of meetings of the Planning Commission and on to <br />a preliminary plat approval by the Orono City Council in March of <br />1990. I think everyone is proud of the final product. I would <br />like to thank you and your staff for your skillful, professional <br />assistance. <br />As we were designin* <br />variance from Orono and <br />as a permit from the Arm^ <br />? plat, we knew that it required a <br />'.nnehaha Watershed District, as well <br />3 of Engineers, since we placed the <br />MiJUlfipOtU SMin% Pittl lot Angeles
