rrr <br />:i <br />!■ <br />i: <br />i. <br />A. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and one <br />(1) copy reduced to 1" = 200'. Drawing to include: <br />a) Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Edward H. Sunde <br />of Sunde Land Surveying, Inc. dated February 26, 1991, revised <br />March 18, 1991, <br />b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' wide along <br />all perimeter property lines and 5' each side of internal <br />property lines - omit along the sides of the designated wetlands <br />defined as drainage easements. <br />c) Designate all wetland areas (areas at or below 970 <br />elevation, as drainage easements). <br />d) Designate all drainageways and storm sewers as drainage <br />easements on the plat. <br />e) Dedication of right-of-way for Watertown Road. <br />B. LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br />a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, mortga*ge <br />holders or others with property interest indicated therein shall <br />sign the plat and all other documents affected by such interest. <br />b) The applicant must provide certified copies of all recorded <br />easements currently affecting the property. <br />c) Executed Drainage Easements over all drainageways and storm <br />sewer lines if applicable (refer to sample easements provided to <br />you with original plat application), to include all drainageways <br />not included within flood plain/wetlands area below 970 <br />elevation.) <br />Page 6 of 8
