All Engineering plans for the extension of municipal <br />services and the upgrading of Old Beach Road must be <br />approved by the City Engineer prior to the commencement of <br />any work. <br />FINAL PLAT SUBMITTALS <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to <br />the Zoning Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly <br />scheduled Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of the <br />month: <br />A. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies <br />and one (1) copy reduced to 1“=200'. Drawing to include: <br />a) Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by William <br />R. Engelhart dated 5/25/90, revised 10/2/90. <br />b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' <br />wide along all perimeter property lines and 5' each <br />side of internal property lines. <br />c) Designate all drainageways on the plat as drainage <br />easements at a minimum 15' width. <br />d) All utilities located within portions of <br />residential lots shall be defined with a minimum 10* <br />easement. All utilities proposed along road right-of- <br />way and not included within right-of-way shall be <br />defined as utility easements also. <br />e) The final plat must designate existing utility <br />easements over Lift Station #7. <br />f^ Define all wetlands area below 932 elevation. <br />g) Designate all existing utility easements throughout <br />the plat. <br />h) Naming of plat. <br />B. LEGAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: <br />a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, <br />mortgage holders or others with property interest <br />indicated therein shall sign the plat and all other <br />documents affected by such interest. <br />Page 3 of 4
