Municipal sewer and water lines are in the process <br />of being extended. The applicant has provided the required <br />Letter of Credit and et.-cu^-ed the Developer's Agreement as part <br />of the approval of the improvement project. <br />All required submittals have been received from the <br />applicant or applicant's consultant.
