Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />3 <br />Mayor and City Council <br />DATS:April 5, 1991 <br />SUBJECT: #1497 Gerald Toberman, <br />Conditional Use Permit <br />1960 Shoreline Drive - <br />The City Attorney's office has advised th^t they have been unable <br />to contact Mr, Gilbert, Mr. Toberman's attorney, for the past <br />week in order to review pertinent issues involving special <br />conditions attached to the granting of this conditional use <br />permit. The City Attorney's office will submit a copy of the <br />enclosed resolution to Mr. Gilbert on April 5th asking for final <br />comment by April 10th. <br />Staff would once again recommend the tabling of all final action <br />on this conditional use permit resolution until your April 22, <br />1991 meeting. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by seconded by Council tables <br />final action on Gerald Toberman's conditional use permit for the <br />property located at 1960 Shoreline Drive until the April 22, 1991 <br />Council meeting.
