She will repre <br />sent the region that encompasses <br />Iowa. .Minnesota and Wisconsin. <br />Clark-Leisinger has served as the <br />.Mound Cit\’ Clerk for eight years. <br />Slie has been a member of the associ- <br />it:on unce 1982. As an active mem <br />ber. she attended numerous annual <br />conferences and served on the Host <br />Cwmmittoe wiwn rhe organization <br />held Its annual meeting in .Minne <br />apolis. She also served as chairper <br />son for the Stale of Minnesota IIMC <br />.Memoership Committee from 1904 to <br />1905 and received first place in the <br />membership contest for recruiting <br />the most new members to the organi <br />zation <br />Clark-Leisinger is active in other <br />organizations, including the League <br />of .Minnes/a Cities, for which she <br />has ser/ec ior tJ’ * *^ast two years on <br />the Electior.s and Ethics Committee. <br />She is also active in local community <br />affairs, co-chairing for the past two <br />years the Mound City Days celebra <br />tion.
