Gerhardson, Public Works Director <br />March 14» 1991 <br />Subject: Sandy Beach Swimming Beach - Complaints <br />In November 1990, the Park Commission heard complaints from <br />adjacent residents to the Sandy Beach Swimming Beach. The Park <br />Commission is recommending that the dock not be installed, the <br />beach be closed at 7:00 p.m. and there be additional patroling by <br />the Police Department. Mr. Dick Flint, Park Commission Chair, <br />will be in attendance to address this matter as well as some of <br />the neighbors. <br />1
