The existing zoning along <br />Highway 12 will be cosg>atible with an upgraded roadway and that <br />the kind of transportation needs addressed in Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment #2 be considered for all developments adjacent to <br />Highway 12 (development of service/frontage roads and prohibition <br />of direct access onto Highway 12 for new development). <br />Bichibits are available upon request. <br />lev
