ENTITLED PLANNING <br />COMMISSIONr SUED. 1. <br />The City Council of the City of Orono ordains: <br />Section 2.50 and entitled Boards and Commissions <br />Ger'^rally is amended to read: <br />All Board and Commission appointments authorized by <br />ordinance shall be made by the Council at the first regular <br />meeting in January of each year unless anotner aopoincmenc <br />is established elsewhere in ordinance. The term of each <br />appointee shall be established and stated at the time of his <br />appointment, and terns of present Board and Commission members <br />may be re-established and changed so as to gije <br />Section. New appointees shall assume of-ice immediat--/. <br />provided, however, that all appointees to Boards and Commissions <br />shall hold office until their successor is appointed and <br />qualified.
